Following Boris Johnson’s four-stage lockdown easing roadmap and as the national vaccination programme gathers pace, employers will need to consider how to have employees safely return to the workplace.
To ensure you are prepared, we are working with health and safety consultants Crysp, to outline what employment law and health and safety issues you may face, and how we can support you to deal with them. We will cover:
- Vaccination policies and the ‘no jab- no job’ debate. Can an employer compel employees to get vaccinated?
- What must employers do for unvaccinated employees returning to the workplace?
- Can disciplinary action be taken against employees who refuse to return to the workplace?
- Avoiding the pitfalls – ensuring your COVID risk assessment remains fit for purpose during the next four months and beyond
We’ll also be looking at the landscape around home working, managing health and safety remotely, new emerging focus areas following Covid and the HSE approach to unsafe working.
You’ll hear about our fixed-price HR, employment law and health and safety packages which offer our clients peace of mind, as well as taking the administrative and management burden of compliance away.
We also look forward to sharing with you the results of our return to work survey and addressing the common concerns.
Our webinar is perfect for HR leads, business owners and those who manage health & safety and/or staff. This event is not open to freelance HR professionals or recruitment agencies.
The session includes a 15 minute Q&A at the end with legal experts Simon Shepherd and Craig Burman, and health and safety expert Stuart Harlow from Crysp.
