SCHOFIELD SWEENEY STRENGTHENS
CORPORATE FINANCE TEAM WITH NEW PARTNER

 

Schofield Sweeney, the Yorkshire law firm, has further strengthened its Corporate Finance team with a new partner.

Laurie Dale joins the Leeds office and will be the fourth partner in the Corporate Finance practice area. He joins Schofield Sweeney having previously worked as an associate in the corporate finance team at Addleshaw Goddard, where he trained and qualified in 1995.

In his new position, he will play a key role in the development of Schofield Sweeney’s fast growing Leeds office. Laurie undertakes all corporate transactions and is experienced in advising companies of all sizes, from initial start up onwards. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions (advising corporates, funders and managers alike) joint ventures and shareholder agreements, and advising companies (both public and private) generally on legal and regulatory compliance.
