Our extensive experience of advising across the health and social care sectors means we understand the full range of issues on any transaction or engagement and the solutions capable of mitigating them. To this end, we combine the expertise of sector specialists to produce an experienced and multi-disciplinary team capable of advising on the range of considerations in each case.
Our approach is collaborative and we always remember that the project is the client’s, not ours. We are very conscious of the need to work with our client, its staff and others to achieve the result the client wants.
We have extensive experience in closing PFI, PPP and NHS LIFT deals; advising both the private and public sector. Andrew Hurst is listed in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as one of the leading lawyers in this field.
We are involved in refinancing existing projects; and their sale and purchase.
The team appreciates that the project is the client's, not ours. We are conscious of the need to work with the client and its staff and others to achieve the result that the client wants.
We believe that a collaborative co-operative approach is needed. This approach is reflected in the presentation of seminars and workshops on particular issues.
Where appropriate the team can draw on the other specialist areas of expertise in the firm to build a team specifically tailored to the client's needs. Whilst all team members will be directly accessible by the client, we will always ensure that there is a single point of contact to deal with project issues.
