We recognise that each project or engagement has its own unique set of risks and issues as well as the solutions capable of mitigating them. To this end, we combine the experience and expertise of sector specialists to produce an experienced and multi-disciplinary team capable of advising on the full range of issues in each case.
We also understand that our advice needs to support the achievement of learning outcomes and are well-versed in the policies and programmes which any scheme must comply with extending to interfaces with other public services including leisure, health and social care, housing and regeneration.
Schools and academies are focussed on delivering their core business of improving standards and we ease the load by being proactive and delivering expert and pragmatic advice.
For independent schools, our offering derives particular strength from knowledge of charitable organisations and experience of best practice in a range of contexts.
Schofield Sweeney’s approach is collaborative and we always remember that the project is the client’s, not ours. We are very conscious of the need to work with the client, its staff and other partners and stakeholders to achieve the result the client wants.
