Tina Liddell

Career and Practice

Tina joined Schofield Sweeney as a partner in November 2005. She was previously a senior associate at Pinsent Masons where she had worked since 1997. Prior to that Tina had trained and worked at the Leeds based firm Walker Morris.

Tina is a commercial property lawyer with a wide range of experience. She specialises in site acquisition for development, investment property acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work. Tina also has experience in acting for developers in enterprise zones.

Tina is based in the firm’s Leeds office.
