Simon Petchey

Career and Practice

Simon joined Schofield Sweeney as a partner in November 2001. Simon trained at what was then Provident Financial Group PLC in Bradford; after qualification Simon worked in the Legal and Company Secretarial departments at Provident where he gained broad experience of commercial work in particular: acquiring small and medium sized businesses, employment, corporate compliance and commercial landlord and tenant.

In 1990 Simon joined Turner and Wall Solicitors as a Partner. Subsequently, in 1998, Simon joined the commercial department of Ralph C Yablon (as a partner) in 1998.

Simon undertakes commercial property work.

Simon is based at our Bradford office.
