Rob Hayes

Career and Practice

Based in our Leeds office Rob joined Schofield Sweeney as a partner in September 2005. He was previously a Legal Director in the Leeds office of Addleshaw Goddard where he had worked since qualification in 1994. Prior to that Rob trained at Clifford Chance in London.

A specialist in Commercial Property Rob undertakes all aspects of commercial property transactions acting both for property owners and occupiers. He has particular experience in the property aspects of corporate transactions working closely with Corporate lawyers and other advisers to enhance property value. He also acts for a number of parties involved in the Railway and Health sectors, including railway infrastructure companies, NHS trusts, GP's and specialist healthcare developers. In recent years he has developed significant experience on property issues arising out of the NHS LIFT Programme.
