James Wood

James joined Schofield Sweeney in October 2003. He previously worked at a local firm where he specialised in Commercial litigation.

James has a broad range of experience with both Commercial Litigation and Property Litigation matters. He has extensive experience of handling shareholder disputes and contractual claims. James also has substantial experience in property related disputes including real property claims and commercial Landlord & Tenant litigation. James is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

James is based at our Bradford office.
