Career and Practice

Jim trained at Lupton Fawcett; after qualification Jim worked at Booth & Co(now Addleshaw Goddard) before joining Wright & Wright/Gordons Wright & Wright where he became a partner in 1989. He joined Ralph C Yablon (as a partner) in 1997 before joining Schofield Sweeney in 2001.

Jim has extensive litigation experience and specialises in commercial litigation, particularly contract claims and also handles employment, professional negligence and licensing cases.

Jim is based at our Bradford office.
