James Austin

James joined the Employment Department at Schofield Sweeney in January 2005. Prior to joining the firm James worked for Stamp Jackson and Procter in Hull, where he also completed his training contract.

James is a specialist employment lawyer who advises on all aspects of employment law, drafts employment documentation, represents clients at Employment Tribunal and presents seminars. James also has substantial experience of dealing with work permit applications.

James is based at our Leeds office.
