Howard Allen

Career and Practice

Howard joined Schofield Sweeney as a partner in the Bradford office in October 2006. He was previously an associate at DLA Piper in Leeds, having been with them for 17 years.

Howard is a commercial property lawyer with experience in a wide range of transactions. In recent years he has specialised in all types of landlord and tenant work for national retailers and banks; and for government departments. This has included granting and taking leases and licences; acquisitions, disposals and general management work.

Howard is based at our Bradford Office.
