Gill has many years experience as an employment lawyer undertaking advocacy before the Employment Tribunal, advising and negotiating on executive disputes, providing employment support on corporate transactions, advising on and conducting large scale redundancies and trade union involved consultations as well as providing day to day advice on all aspects of employment law and HR issues.

Gill has spent the last two years working for a large international organisation as in-house employment lawyer and HR Director. Gill is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Licenciate member of CIPD.
