Career and Practice

Farooq specialises in commercial property, joining Schofield Sweeney as a trainee in 2001 and qualifying into the commercial property department in April 2003.

Farooq is responsible for a wide range of commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant matters as well as acquisitions and disposals of freehold property. He has particular experience in acting for landlords and tenants of retail leases.

Farooq is based at our Bradford office.
