Emma Garland

Emma trained at the Leeds and Manchester offices of Addleshaw Goddard, where she qualified in 2000 and worked until joining the Leeds office of Cobbetts LLP in January 2005. Emma joined Schofield Sweeney as an associate in April 2006.

Emma is a corporate solicitor with a wide range of experience advising on both corporate finance and general company law work (including regulatory compliance). She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures and group reorganisations.

Emma is based at our Leeds office.
