David Collins

Career and Practice

David joined Schofield Sweeney as a partner in August 2006. He was previously a partner at Ford & Warren solicitors, where he trained and became a partner in 2003.

David is a highly experienced litigator specialising in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His range of experience includes shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims, partnership disputes, restrictive covenants and all forms of contractual disputes.

David also specialises in the long term care sector advising care homes on all aspects of their business including compliance with their statutory duties. David is an approved provider for one of the largest care home associations.

David is based at our Leeds office.
