A specialist competition lawyer with line management experience in leading retail, service and manufacturing companies, Andrew provides commercial, competition law and public procurement advice to a wide range of private and public sector organisations. He has particular experience in devising and restructuring trading arrangements for national and multi-national companies, in developing and implementing competition compliance programmes, in managing on-site investigations by competition authorities and in merger control advice. Andrew is described as a competition compliance specialist by Legal 500.

Acknowledged as "an expert in his field", Andrew advised on the first two uses in the United Kingdom of the competitive dialogue procurement procedure and provides advice on all aspects of public procurement law and State aid to local authorities and other contracting authorities.
