Corporate & Commercial
We act for some of the region's largest and fastest growing companies. Our partners have advised on a wide range of transactions both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Typically, modern transactions involve several different parties: buyer, seller, senior debt financier and venture capitalist all represented by their own professional advisers. Our aim is to adopt a team based approach and to work constructively with all concerned to ensure the best possible execution of a transaction for our client.
We believe that today's commercial environment places considerable emphasis on communication and information and we have invested heavily in information technology accordingly.
The team also delivers training to clients and those we work alongside. Our standard courses include:
- Our acquisitions workshop, aimed at the non-professional and detailing the acquisition process, full details can be found in our training pages.
- Our Companies Act 2006 briefing, which gives a general overview of the "new" areas, and the law a company is most likely to encounter, in its day to day dealings. Again full details on our training page located here.
If you have any specific training requirements our team would be happy to discuss them.
